Returns & Claims Policy

Glitter Walls USA LLC

Made-to-Order Products

All Glitter Walls wallpapers are custom made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect measurements, over-ordering, or ordering errors.

We strongly recommend ordering samples and carefully checking measurements before placing a full order.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your wallpaper is faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

To submit a claim:

Items must be unused and uninstalled. Wallpaper that has been cut, pasted, trimmed, or installed is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

In some cases, we may request the product be returned for inspection before approving a refund or replacement.


Return Shipping (Faults Only)

  • All approved returns must be sent back via courier at the customer’s expense

  • If a fault is confirmed to be the responsibility of Glitter Walls USA LLC, reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed

  • Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging

Glitter Walls USA LLC reserves the right to decline refunds or replacements where items show signs of use, installation, or damage after delivery.


Shipping & Fulfilment

Orders are typically fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse in Massachusetts.

In some cases, depending on stock availability or production requirements, orders may be manufactured and shipped from our UK warehouse. This does not affect the made-to-order nature of the product or our returns policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance or customs processing where applicable.


Damage in Transit

Customers must inspect all deliveries upon receipt.

  • Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the courier

  • Damage claims must also be reported to Glitter Walls USA LLC as soon as possible

  • Items accepted as damaged without notifying the courier may be deemed the customer’s responsibility

Transit damage claims are handled between the customer and the courier, though we will assist where possible.


Exclusions & Liability

Glitter Walls USA LLC is not responsible for:

  • Installation or decorating costs

  • Labor charges

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Indirect or consequential losses once goods have been delivered

Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the product only, at our discretion, where a fault is confirmed.
