Products & Services

All Glitter Walls wallpapers are custom made to order.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products:

• All sales are final

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect measurements, over-ordering, or ordering errors

• Returns are accepted only in the case of confirmed faults, in accordance with our Returns & Claims Policy

We strongly recommend ordering samples and carefully checking measurements before placing an order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to:

• Change prices at any time without notice

• Correct pricing or typographical errors

• Cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders are considered accepted once production has begun.

Because products are made to order:

• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started

• Requests to cancel after this point will not be accepted

Shipping & Fulfilment

Orders are typically fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse in Massachusetts.

In some cases, depending on stock availability or production requirements, orders may be manufactured and shipped from our UK warehouse.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and reporting any damage immediately in accordance with our Returns & Claims Policy.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display product information accurately. However:

• Colors may vary depending on screen settings

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only

• Minor variations may occur due to the manufacturing process

Such variations do not constitute a fault.

Intellectual Property
