Order Processing

All Glitter Walls wallpapers are made to order.

Orders typically enter production shortly after purchase. Processing times may vary depending on order size, finish, and production requirements.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.


Shipping Methods

Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via UPS.

In rare cases, and for reasons outside of our control — including service disruptions, capacity issues, weather events, or regional restrictions — we reserve the right to ship using an alternative courier to ensure timely delivery.

Courier selection does not affect the made-to-order nature of the product or our returns policy.


Fulfilment Locations

Orders are typically fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse in Massachusetts.

In some circumstances, depending on stock availability or production requirements, orders may be manufactured and shipped from our UK warehouse. Where applicable, this may involve international transit and customs processing.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates provided at checkout or in order confirmations are approximate only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Events beyond our reasonable control


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and fulfilment location.

Any duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply to shipments originating outside the U.S. are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Risk of Loss & Delivery

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring delivery information is accurate

  • Inspecting goods immediately upon delivery

  • Reporting any visible damage to the courier at the time of receipt

Failure to report transit damage promptly may affect the ability to submit a claim.
